There’s no doubt that the Raiders passing game was broken in 2017. Cooper was a non factor for long stretches throughout the year. Crabtree seemed to be on the sideline during crucial times in the 4th qtr of several games. And Seth Roberts was dropping balls that killed drives on 3rd down. Carr looked frustrated and nervous in the pock when he was pressured. A total system breakdown in the passing game. It will be interesting to see if Gruden & Drake can figure this out and get the passing game back to “Elite” status.

JDR had no one to blame but himself for handing over a good/great offense to an unproven OC. It did not work out at all.

That will likely never be an issue with Gruden. But for as good as the O may be next season, we need the D to step it up considerably.

There will still be plenty of changes to come.
