Its not easy to build a dominant D who can carry the team at times by scoring themselves.

JDR asked for a starting MLB at the end of last season. That fell on deaf ears with RM apparantly. Jack finally got what he wanted and needed in Bowman. To bad it was already 6 games into the season. Raiders being 2-4 at that point.

RM has also had bad luck with CBs. Another key factor in a dominant D.

Hopefully RM is willing to work WITH Gruden and they can get better FA’s and draft picks. I know at the presser it was all “we will work together” but that is what is said at every presser. I want to see it work out on the field.
