    Jano holds most all Raider scoring records. I hated Tim Brown signing with the Bucs instead of having played his entire career for the same team. It’s very rare these days with the cap.

    Here is hoping Jano will have played his entire career wearing our colors.

    If he is fully healthy and still has most of his leg strength, sign him up. He deserves it. He has been though some lean times with the team and has been the only consistent scorer in many games.

    If he wants a record breaking deal for a guy at the end of his career, I would have to let him walk. I am not saying he should accept the vet minimum either.

    But a reasonable contract with incentives should keep Seabass around and he can retire a Raider.
