I hope I am able to make the trip to Vegas to see our Raiders play at some point.

New stadium = revenue and should get long looks for the draft and SB, thats part of the “bonus” that comes from spending all that money.

I wanted Seabass to be a Raider for life. But I understand the business side of all of this. I am sure, when he decides to hang em up, he will get a one day contract so he can retire a HOF Raider.

Finally, with the G2 era just getting started, changes are expected and have already begun. Any player who does not WANT to be a Raider, wont be. If that includes Irvin, so be it.

I have not studied his film carefully. But, I do not remember watching last year and thinking ‘thank god for Bruce Irvin”. Especially the first half of the year. If he makes the “moneyball” cut vs what else is out there, etc … ok … either way.

I thank Irvin for his service but it’s time to show him the door . I’ve never been too big on him anyways , disappears for not just plays but games, parts of seasons . He is second best player on D but it’s almost by default . True we need as many dogs as possible but we can do better than him . I suspect that’s what the coaches saw watching his games he can’t cover and is mediocre againist run , sure he gets some sacks but only 2 in first 11 games then 5 in 3 games. He got some sacks and strip sacks against those superstars Geno Smith and Paxton Lynch woo woo ,two againist Alex Smith okay that’s legit but we still lost the game and by this time Raiders we’re done . And he really failed as baby Reggie nobody he recruited came to town at least to my recollection
