    Re-sign Bowman.

    Maybe a slight signing bonus? Nothing huge.

    It could be one of those things that makes the difference in his mind. Knowing he is truly wanted back goes a long way with some players.

    The Raiders made it clear Jano and Condo are not in the plans. McGill is another wasted DB pick.

    Then get onto re-signing Mack.

      I don’t think Bowman is going to get paid a ton wherever he signs.
