There’s something to be said for experience, especially in the NFL, where coordinators spend countless hours devising ways to throw new looks at opposing players and disguising familiar schemes so that they appear different. The more players see, the better they can recognize what’s going down. Just the same, can too much be made out

Gruden loves vets. He has had success with them. He leans on them to take his message to the team.
I cant imagine anyone thinking he would do things differently when it came to changing over the roster. Especially in his first season back.
If all the picks are used in the draft, he will have plenty of young guys to try and help rebuild the depth of the roster in the coming seasons.
I agree with tim and have been saying it too. Re-sign Bowman.
