The Oakland Raiders have added 16 unrestricted free agents from other teams so far and surely a few more will be added as Jon Gruden dramatically remakes this roster.     I would not call Gilchrist a certain starter. They brought back R. Nelson too. They will compete.

    As for the rest, its a good assessment.

    Time will tell about many of these players. We will have several draft picks making the team too.

    And if RM and Gruden can find a couple UDFAs, they may have a chance at making the roster also.

    My guess is during or shortly after the first minicamp there will again be some changes to the roster.
