I don’t know, Cork. This feels *slightly* different from 2014 in that there is more young (albeit unknown) talent on the team. I believe Conley is the real deal and that Melifonwu will come around. Maybe Jordy Nelson will do more than Crabtree to get Amari Cooper to play tougher? It also feels to me that Gruden is bringing in “his” (and his coach’s) guys. That was not the sense I got about 2014. In 2014, it was a desperate attempt to sign several players to fill the roster. Anyway, that is my sense. Still not completely sold on all of the signings made to date and I really hope that the new coaching staff does a better job of “coaching up” the youngsters. Would be awesome if MEJ could finally be the player everyone thought he would be when drafted or Karl Joseph (one of my favs) or . . . well, you get the idea! Cheers!

Ya know, if McKenzie hadn’t blown the last 3 drafts, we’d have enough quality talent on the team (I’m talking legit starters!) such that we wouldn’t have to dive deep into the scrap heap for players!

I hope Gruden gets better results from this team.
