Love this trade. Gets us a player we might actually get some production from.

Ward was a huge reach to begin with. Switzer was a player I thought we might draft that would help our ST and return game.

Me too. I still remember drafting Ward and I was “who is that?!” Second rounders need to at least be solid players and Ward was not. This was a great trade!

Reggie has to feel like shit and so does his scouting department. Who goes and who stays ? Looks like Reggie is on thin ice. If John fires Reggie’s Twin he’s baiting Reggie to Quit .

I think it’s more about finding players to fit Gruden’s scheme. I think the level of talent we had last year could’ve been successful if properly coached.

Good move , great draft. McKenzie is still an important part of the organization however Gruden is making some key decisions to solidify a new direction and it seems everyone involved will benefit as long as the team improves and wins games. I trust in Reggie and he complements Gruden and his vision of a great Raiders team.
