    I would feel better about signing him if he could fill in at C also.

    Feliciano can play all three inside spots but has had his own injury issues.

    That is why Silberman and Stone were on the roster at the end of last season.

      He likely can, Philip. The huge difference between Feliciano and Sweezy is experience. Can’t place a price tag on that. Also, Sweezy knows Cable’s system inside and out. Overall, if he’s healthy and willing to accept a low-dollar deal, he is a great addition. But, yes, backups are far more valuable if they can fill in at multiple positions, especially on the offensive line.

        I suppose Cable could also see him as another player who could get a look at RT.

        Experience is huge, I agree Cork. But availability on game day is the biggest point. As stated, hopefully he finally gets healthy.
