Derek Carr and Jon Gruden are two of the more energetic, positive dudes you are ever going to find. So, it makes perfect sense that these guys are in engaged in a titanic bromance. This player-coach love fest is out of control. The two men have gone out of their way to profess their admiration

    Glad the relationship has started off well, versus hearing rumors to the contrary.

    The key is how the relationship will hold up under adversity, like any other. When its cold at Arrowhead, and the fans are screaming, and Carr throws an interception. It’s those moments that they need to have their backs.

    I want Gruden to push Carr and Carr wanting to be pushed. Hopefully, it doesn’t become too much of a bromance. I don’t want to see a replication of what happened with Downing.

    Gruden will not hesitate to be critical if Carr falters. Just as he has always done with QBs.

    This is a good start to this relationship though.
