Quarterback Derek Carr and other projected starters for the Raiders already weren’t slated to play much against the Detroit Lions on Friday night in the teams’ exhibition opener. And, that was before Raiders head coach Jon Gruden witnessed 49ers players dropping like Twitter stock. San Francisco quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo’s hair wasn’t even out of place

    You look at all the DBs brought, we still don’t have enough players at those spots.

    I now wonder how much time Miller will get. I was expecting to see him play quite a bit.

    Now, not so much.

    Miller needs reps, but as stated, there is a fine line there.

    I had season tickets for Raiders game several years ago. I hated paying full price for exhibition games (I still call them “exhibition”) After the first quarter, it was a bore to see players that most would not make the team.
