A few more items to watch Bill:

-With Eddy Piniero hurt, how well does Nugent do as kicker?
-Donald Penn at Right Tackle. How well does he do? New spot for him
    -No injuries!

Quick historical fact: On Sunday, August 16, 1998, the Raiders with Jon Gruden played Mike Holmgren’s Packers at Lambeau. Raiders won 27-21 and Holmgren was ticked at Gruden since Raiders were blitzing even late in the game. Apparently, the young Gruden wanted to send a message to his team in order to create a culture of winning.

Last time Raiders beat the Packers in a regular season game was September 13,1987. I was at the game in Lambeau.

I need to attend to attend the next regular season game between Raiders and Packers to help the Raiders break the jinx….lol

I think our backup QBs could do more passing in terms of % vs running the ball. The backup WRs need to separate themselves from those who are seen as PS material or outright cut players.

I also think the perspective backup OL could start to sort itself out. Seeing players at multiple playing spots could be a hint.

I want to see if Cowser and Calhoun can keep it going. If they do, it could make for a very interesting final game and cutdown day.

Chris Warren III: Let’s see if we can keep impressing. I’m curious to see if/how much Gruden uses him behind the starting offensive line to get good look.
