Glad to see Cowser back… guy has the right attitude and always gives 100% effort – maybe he should take Irvin under his wing?!

Mike Holmgren was in the building today meeting with Gruden.

My gut says Reggie will depart at end of season and Holmgren hired on in some role.

But will Gruden listen to Holmgren? Holmgren was the HC at Green Bay when Gruden was one of the assistants. Nice to see Cowser back on the active roster. I hope his strong motor will provide a spark on defense. I also hope they find a role for Irvin to earn his money rather than stand on the sideline – might be a big ask.
