    I think we as fans are torn on wanting have a choice of picking the top players in the draft versus winning out. Even a few draft spots can have a significant impact. Case in point: Raiders lost the coin toss before last year’s draft. 49ers took McGlinchey, Raiders picked Miller. Miller will be a solid player but McGlinchey seems to be a notch above Miller.

    Nonetheless, winning is awesome. Last Sunday, I changed my tune on wanting the top draft pick when I saw the Steelers in town. It was terrific to beat the Steelers.

    Regarding Carr, I really don’t want to replace him. To take a rookie QB, it’s a big risk and a reboot for the entire organization.
