Bill Williamson has been a professional sports journalist for 28 years. He has covered the NFL for 22 straight years. He has been covering the Oakland Raiders for the past nine years, including seven at ESPN.com.
It was my question Bill, thanks for the answer.
Sorry Vet.
A different way of looking at this question is if the Raiders, specifically MD, wants to deal with future Segel clients? Will KJs fate tell us anything?
No worries Bill.
Hmm, trading for Von Miller when the team would not pay the younger (and maybe better when it is all said and done) Mack? Can you imagine the hullabaloo that would cause with RaiderNation?
I would find it hard to believe that the Raiders (or any team) would not sign or keep a player because of the agent that represents him. Do that to a handful of agents and the pool of players from which the team could sign would dwindle immensely.
Carr needs to really step up his game next year. He is in his 5th year and should be better than he is if he progressed as he should have progressed. Yeah, yeah, everchanging OCs and schemes. I get it. But, he is talented enough and works hard enough.
