Derek Carr is convinced that he is going to be the Raiders quarterback when they kick off their inaugural season in Las Vegas. To date, there isn’t anything concrete that suggests he is being a tad bit presumptuous. In fact, there is more that points in favor of Carr being back for a seventh season
