Quite right to stress the need for patience, Cork. This is a massively important off season for us and we need the moves we maķe to be the right ones, rather than being panicked or making knee jerk reactions to what others are doing.
I have a lot of faith in Mayock being able to see what is needed and to keep his cool and detachment throughout FA and the draft. He’ll need it, working with Gruden!!

Hopefully we avoid another dud like Joyner, or at least he starts to play better this season. He has been a bust thus far.

Mayock and Gruden have a plan for free agency. Will Gruden be disciplined enough to carry it out?

Regarding Joyner, he might be playing out of position. Safety is his natural fit.

Trade Joyner if he does not produce the first 4 games. No excuses.Too much money vested and no. Production out of him.
