Raiders only a kicker, long-snapper away from being able to field a team; much farther away from being a Super Bowl contender

Raiders head coach Jon Gruden and general manager Mike Mayock don’t require any prompting when it comes to pointing out their team’s needs. The Raiders need help up and down their roster, particularly on defense. Yet, as of right now, the Raiders have enough players under contract to field a team, with the exception of

Our LS should be a no brainer re-sign. A long term deal preferable. The man has proven to be reliable and consistent, what more can you ask for?

We need another K to compete with Carlson. He regressed last season, though Gruden has vowed to stick with him.

There is plenty of work to do as far as the roster goes. Hopefully we will get to the point where we wont have to say that year after year after year after year………………………..

So tired on having to “rework roster”

Teams win Super Bowls with elite players. Current Raider team has a dearth of elite playmakers.

Mayock and Gruden have to continue searching and acquiring great players.

Team just got better by subtraction with the much anticipated release of Tahir Whitehead…. maybe, just maybe, the top brass have finally realised we need some major changes at Linebacker!!
Littleton, Schobert, Queen or Murray …. two or three from those, please, Mr Mayock!
