Fullbacks are a dying breed in the modern NFL. Few teams deploy the position anymore and for many, the spot is the H-Back role filled by a player that can run and catch coming out of the backfield. But Las Vegas Raiders head coach Jon Gruden is a throwback. And his fullback is a ‘bring

I watched him at Wisconsin and thought Gruden would love him. And he does.

I was so happy when the report came out that we had signed the UDFA.

I called it early last year in camp when our then FB Smith went down with an injury, saying Ingold could grab that job and never let it go. And we got a great player, hopefully for years to come.

Another versatile player, something else Gruden loves, who loves football and is all go all the time. You will never have to worry about him taking a play off.

I remember you calling on the team to sign him, seemed like every post: how right you were!!
This guy is a stud and didnt even cost a draft pick (and I have his shirt on order!) who’s your equivalent pick up this year?

I have several I am keeping an eye on again.

A real long shot is this player who was not invited to the combine or an all star game is VA DT Eli Hanback 6-4 300. He has played E, Nose and 3 Tech. He does his job wherever lined up. He is a day one 4 year starter who has never missed a game. He has a very good motor, is active, chases down plays from the backside and is obviously versatile. He does need to get stronger but I think he is worth a look on the PS at least.

Another guy that makes it easy to root for him. Great guy and I love that he and Jacobs have such a great chemistry.
