The roster turnover continues.
There is a roster, churn churn, churn…
Every season, churn, churn, churn…
Cork, any truth to the Raiders signing, or planning to sign, RB Devontae Booker, formerly of the Broncos? Was a decent RB until he got caught up in numbers game of too many RBs.
@Ghost @Vet – Churn at the bottom end of the roster is expected. Not too concerned with the 90-man roster, but would be if we were already talking about the 53-man roster.
Yes, that’s true. Just waiting for the agreement to turn into a signing. Things can go south in a hurry on such agreements. But, yes, there is an agreement in place.
Thanks, Cork. I probably should have asked earlier, has COVID affected the way teams have pursued free agents. At first blush, it seems it hasn’t except they are not bringing them in for tryouts or interviews beforehand.
Yes, just not sure to what extent. The obvious change is, the coaches can interview free agents at one time via Zoom. But, there’s more of a reliance upon game tape and perhaps team-instructed workouts that are taped for the teams to watch either live or afterward.
