First, Bowden has to stay away from trouble. I hope last week’s raid of his Grandmother’s house by federal agents was a wake-up call for him.

On the field, Bowden can help with the 2nd half and goal line woes. Gruden can use him near the goal line as a QB, RB or WR. He literally can do it all.

Does the offense seem to be heading towards Carr being the man to get the ball safely down the field between the red zones and then handing over the reins to Bowden or Mariota to see the ball into the end zone a la Taysum Hill?
Might explain the coach’s faith in Carr as they are not expecting him to be a TD machine but just to ķeep the ball and keep it moving before leaving it to the explosive guys?
