The Pro Bowl is headed to Las Vegas the week before the Super Bowl in late January. If Raiders head coach Jon Gruden has his way, though, none of his players will participate in the Pro Bowl at his team’s shiny, new home. The Pro Bowl is scheduled to be played Jan. 31, one week
Pro Bowl hasn’t been relevant in decades. I could care less. And players think the same way.
Agreed. Something needs to be done to make the game somewhat meaningful. Remember, this is a game foisted upon the people, with the league full-well knowing that the players from its top four teams that season won’t participate in. Makes no sense.
I do have to say, the only thing I like about the Pro Bowl is the microphones everywhere picking up the players and coaches interacting. The game means nothing and being a Pro Bowler means nothing.
