Cutting players should make Jon Gruden and Mike Mayock uneasy, uncomfortable, restless and make them second guess themselves. But that’s the perfect world state, isn’t it?  In truth, the Las Vegas Raiders head coach and general manager will make cuts within a blink of an eye and not feel any type of hesitance. That’s the

Good to see competition for many spots and a capable backup for most.

    -Backups for tackles worry me
-Backups for LBs also worry me

Would like to learn more about the UDFA White from UNLV. Never heard of him until Raiders picked him up.

About Javin White from UNLV, that’s the whole idea of knowing little. Gruden and Mayock, plus the scouting department, this is their everyday job. Tape, scouting reports, contacts and more. White, he grew up and played HS football in the Bay Area. Didn’t receive much attention from other programs, decided on going to school at UNLV. He started impress his coaches in his sophomore year, began to break out in his junior year. A LB, White has a strong motor, very smart on the field, fast learner, good character. Both Guenther and Marinelli like his potential. That’s all I know.

If he makes the 53, likely he’ll be a special teamer. Otherwise, a good add on the PS.
