    Yes, it is all about wins. Not excuses, not pouting when fans call you out or boo you, not throwing the ball three yards when the team needs 15, not making the same mistakes twice, not making in game adjustments, not being conservative with play calling, not being outcoached, not . . . well, we all know what the issues are and we all know the cure for them are wins.
