Totally agree.
Thomas is no longer the player he once was; in addition, he comes with baggage. If you can’t acclimate to the Ravens, who can you acclimate to? Apparently, he didn’t learn the system and was missing meetings.
You don’t need that type of player on the Raiders’ young team.
I’ll second that . . . don’t need a guy like that with the current makeup of the team.
