The New Orleans Saints are tough enough to beat at full strength, let alone without your starting right offensive tackle and signal-calling linebacker. Yet, that’s what the Raiders likely will be tasked with when the teams meet Monday night. Brown and Kwiatkoski, along with backup right tackle Sam Young, were listed as doubtful for the

In Carolina game, before Kwiatkoski injury, LBs were very good and, together with Abram who was the best player on defense, managed to contain McCaffrey quite well. However, in the second half after his injury, with Morrow subbing, defensive balance in the middle was lost and McCaffrey made more than twice as many yards as in the first half. Morrow was atrocious as usual and, after the season he has had last year and this performance, I can’t understand why is he on the team at all!
So, I strongly disagree with the second half of the assessment that the Raiders “learned last Sunday that they can get by without either Brown or Kwiatkoski on the field for much of the game”. Littleton will have his hands full trying to contain Kamara, and he may even succeed but, against Morrow, jarred Cook is likely to have probably the best game since leaving the Raiders.

Need Kwiatkoski more than T. Brown, given Kwiatkoski carries the “green dot” and calls the defensive plays. He was a playmaker out there last Sunday.

Regarding Brown, Good held his own last week. However, Cameron Jordan is in town. Much better defensive line with the Saints.
