Instead of roaming the sideline within earshot of head coach Jon Gruden, Las Vegas Raiders defensive coordinator Paul Guenther got a bird’s eye view of his unit in the booth.  Despite getting the lay of the land, the subtle change didn’t result in any type of revelation. The defense was getting trampled at times by

“And it worked out pretty good.” Really, Jon? Really? Clearly, Paulie G has compromising pictures of Gru. Why else would Chucky continue to shield this dolt from criticism.

Oh, one more thing, Jon — firing Buckner for Marionelli was also pure genius.

At least Carr is finally tired of losing! And I guess I’m blind, I saw us get stuffed on 3rd and short, and although our QB did get his “Carrbage Time” stats I didn’t see a lot of points. A 50+yd FG and another from 39yds doesn’t exactly having us knocking on the goal line. At least his loyal Carrdashians will always support him. I want to go back to my youth and enjoy “just win, baby”, not watch this fraud put up fake numbers and lose week after week.

This team will likely end up 6-10, maybe 7-9.

I laugh when those state “just get through this hard front stretch of games since the schedule eases up.” Eases up? Raiders will have to battle to beat any team, regardless of record.

I’m with you, Ghost, with this team there are no “easy” wins. Don’t forget that last year the team did well during the “hard” part of the schedule and fell flat on its face during the “easy” part of the schedule. Nothing indicates that they will change that.
