At this point, forget the base defense or scheme for the Las Vegas Raiders. It’s imperative shot-caller Jon Gruden land a defensive coordinator that can not only soundly teach and help players flourish, but impart an identity to a long-maligned defense. So, who do you like? Kris Richard entering the mix was a bit of a surprise but he got an interview along with Bradley. In favor of Joe Barry, he’s probably someone who can get both Joyner and Littleton playing at a level that made them highly prized FAs in the first place. He also has a reputation as being a very good motivator.
