Chiefs management is running circles around the Raiders personnel department. As the article mentions, the Chiefs secondary is much better than the Raiders. Scouting and sound personnel choices have separated the Chiefs.
Will Raiders just be competing for Wild Card spots for the next 5-7 years? Certainly looks that way.
I am also afraid as to what a competent coach for the Chargers can do with that talent.
