    He wouldn’t mind finishing his career in playing with his brothers, and probably would make effort to join them if the Steelers make a half decent offer. Also, he has “win now” mindset, and the Raiders are not close to being a contender for anything right now. Lastly, he’s likely be more expensive. Moreover, the injuries he had over the last 2-3 seasons would have finished off any other player career-wise. You would need to wonder how much good playing days he has left.
