Raiders can’t have any more misses. Much too many in the draft and free agency.

Mayock is on the clock. Right or wrong, he’ll be let go if the Raiders don’t get into the playoffs. It won’t be Gruden.

Hmm, if he wants to get players who fit the Raiders, he’s going to have to change his evaluation process. He’s brought in way too many players who don’t seem to be a fit for whatever reason.

Nice to see him own up to making the mistake of drafting players for positions they did not play in college. Of all three positions Bowden, Jr. could have been in, running back should have been the LAST choice. Also, it does not appear that the coaching staff, in general, is able to “coach up” the youngsters.
