    Steve, please explain how does Joseph (who is a strong safety) help fill the biggest hole in the secondary the Raiders have at the moment – free safety that Bradley’s defense would require?

    They might save some cap space by signing him at a veteran minimum while cutting Heath, to serve as Abrams backup, but that makes the FS hole even bigger, since Heath could serve as a backup there.
